Please read this Terms and Conditions (‘Policy’) carefully before using the Application. Your use of the Website, Application, or services in connection with the Application, Website or products (‘Services’), or registrations with us through any modes or usage of any products shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Website, Application our products or avail any of our Services.

 

WHEREAS Siddhanta Knowledge Foundation (SKF) is involved in the Research, Design, Development & Conduct of Programs/ Courses (Proprietary product of SKF) towards protecting, preserving and promoting Vedic and Indic Knowledge Studies and the User/ Student/ Teacher/ Reviewer evinced interest in perusing such Programs/ Courses developed by SKF from time to time.

 

Now, therefore, the User hereto agree as follows:

1.      SKF may disclose to the user, certain Confidential Information owned by them,  pursuant to this Agreement which SKF deems PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL. The user agrees at all times, during the term of his or her assignment and thereafter for a period of seven years from the date of this agreement, to hold in strict confidence, and not to use SKF Proprietary Product, except for the benefit of SKF, or to disclose to any person or firm or corporation.

2.      All verbal/ written data shared by SKF to the user shall always be and remain the property of SKF. Copies thereof, shall be promptly returned to SKF upon written intimation. The User shall not make use of the shared data in whatsoever means or retain any copies of the same and shall not share to anybody.

3.      The copyright and usage rights of all the deliverables entrusted by SKF “to and delivered by” the user shall remain as the exclusive property of SKF only. The user agrees that no claim shall be made on the said deliverables, whatsoever.

 4.        Any dispute between the parties shall be referred to arbitration to be conducted under the provisions of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the same shall be conducted in English language at Chennai, India
